  • Q. What brands do you service?

    We repair common brands in the market like Samsung, SONY, LG, Apple iPhone, Motorola, Huawei, CAT, Alcatel.

  • Q. Do you repair tablets?

    Yes. We repair Samsung Galaxy tabs, SONY Xperia tablets, LG, Motorola, Huawei tablets.

  • Q. How long will take to repair my phone or tablet?

    Most repairs are resolved within 3 days. Some high level repairs such as liquid damage, main board swap can take longer. We have quick turnaround time, 95% of all repairs within 5 working days. However, on some circumstances our times can be extended due to a higher level of repairs or parts availability.

  • Q. Will I lose my data from my phone?

    Yes if service center needs reset, update software. We accept no liability for loss of data and strongly suggest you backup your device prior to sending us for repair. Our service center can make data backup (paid service 30 eur) even in cases then customer faces some technical issues to do it by self.

  • Q. How can I track my order?

    You can track your order by clicking  tracking link in your order e-mail or you can login using your user name and password and go to orders history.

  • Q. What quality parts do you use for repairs?

    We use original spare parts.

  • Q. Can I send my phone or tablet for warranty repair?

    At the moment in Finland we support out of warranty repairs. If your phone still is covered by manufacturer warranty you should contact your local warranty repair service. However if your device is broken and you will get warranty rejection you can send your phone or tablet for us. We will fix it and restore your device to manufacturer warranty conditions.

  • Q. How can I bring my phone to your service center?

    You need to fill repair order in our system  and choose delivery type which fits best for you. If you will choose posti (ITELLA), you will get logistic waybill label after complete your order. Pack your device to the box, print and  tape label, bring your shipment to prefered posti post office.

  • Q. How much my repair can cost?

    You can check approximately prices in our system before sending your device to us. However final price will be offered after we receive your item to service center. Generally then phone is liquid affected or heavily damaged price quota can be known after technical inspection.

  • Q. What if I would like to cancel repair?

    If price quota you get from us is to high you need to click link in price feedback e-mail and chose cancel repair. In other cases please contact us as soon as possible after you decide to cancel your order. There is no extra fee or penalties after you cancel repair.

  • Q. What if my phone is unrepairable?

    If your phone is unrepairable or repair is not cost-effective we will send it back without any fee or you can request to discard or recycle your device.

  • Q. How can I pay?

    We accept payments via Paytrail. Paytrail support credit cards and banklink payments. In Helsinki reception cash, card payment is available

  • Q. What should I do if my phone is water/liquid damaged?

    Immediately remove the battery. Do not try to turn it ON or plug the charger to the phone to see if it works. The sooner you send phone to us the better chance being able to fix your phone or saving the precious data such as phonebook, pictures, videos etc…

  • Q. What should I do if it’s freezing or hang up?

    You should restart your device, or force shutdown the phone, removing the battery or using special key combination if it is hanged. In most cases such disorders are caused by third party apps and software, you should check active apps in background. If this won’t help send phone to us.

  • Q. What should I do if no network or "no service" message appears?

    Usually you will get such message then you phone is locked. Also some time it can be caused by bad SIM card, you should ask your operator to change it to new one. If these action won’t help and your phone is not locked send it to us.
