1. Find the model of Your device
Apply the model of your mobile or tablet to the field above and you will get the estimated repair price list. If the model can’t be found by the search, you can check supported models from Price list page.

2. Make the order
As soon as you have placed the order you can print the Posti shipping label from our site. Pack your device carefully, place the Posti label on top of the package and deliver it to the nearest Posti office. Shipping is free of charge to Smarthuolto customers.
If wanted you can also bring your device by yourself to our Helsinki service center in Simonkatu.
3. Confirm the repair
The technician inspects the device and you will get the repair description and quotation to your email. As soon as you have confirmed the repair and choosed the payment method we will start the repair. If you decline the quotation we will return the device unrepaired without any charge what so ever.
From repair order information you can check the progress of your repair. We pursue to get the repair finished within a week, depending on the manufacturer spare part deliveries, and we give a 1 year repair warranty to our repairs (does not apply on liquid damages and mishandled devices).
4. Enjoy your repaired device
The repaired device will be returned by Posti or you can pick it up yourself from our Helsinki service center. If you are not satisfied on the repair we will inspect it and repair it again without any charge. All spare parts we use in our repairs are ordered straight from the manufacturers (besides Apple express repairs).
